No attorney-client relationship/no legal advice
Using the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Content on the Site is general information only and is not legal advice. Information submitted through the Site may not be privileged or confidential. Do not send sensitive or confidential information unless and until you have a signed engagement agreement with the Firm.
Scheduling, consultations, and payments
If the Site allows you to schedule a consultation or purchase a service, the terms (including pricing, scope, and any cancellation/rescheduling policies) will be provided at the time of booking or purchase and are incorporated by reference. We may modify, limit, or discontinue online offerings at any time.
Your use of the Site (prohibited conduct)
You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: introducing malicious code; attempting unauthorized access; scraping or indexing the Site using non-standard tools; reverse engineering; impersonation; posting unlawful or abusive content; violating others' intellectual property rights; or using the Site in violation of applicable law.
